The series' premiere in March 2014 made him a national star. He was born in Georgia and was raised in Westminster, South Carolina. He was married to Julie Chrisley and they had five children. Teresa Terry was his first marriage. He was the younger brother of Derrick Chrisley, who died in the womb of his baby. He and Julie his wife have five kids, all of whom appear on the TV show.
