Andree Martinez

Andree was born in El Paso Texas. She was born and was raised within Chihuahua Mexico. Her family has the genes for entertainment. From a very young age Karla (Host on the Univision show Despierta America!) and others from the family were in her vicinity. She grew up around television hosts, such as her sister, Karla Martinez. (Host Despierta America on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the country. SCE is committed to making safety for workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is responsible for all of the activities and programs that are focused on the two aspects. Martinez is accountable for supplying Safety leaders in the company with the guidance and high-quality programs necessary to reach the goals of their safety groups. Martinez previously served as the director of Safety Training and Compliance at SCE as director for Safety Training and Compliance. Prior to that, he served as the director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In the thirty years that he was at SCE, Martinez held a number of positions of leadership in programs that were designed to improve performance as well as remedial actions. They included posts in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS that focused on the protection of employees and public.
